White GMC Sierra Denali HD after professional detailing and protection by Midnight Detailing

Fleet detailing & commercial vehicle care · Newton, NH

A fleet doesn’t have to mean fifty vehicles.

It may be two work trucks, three service vans, or a combination of vehicles and equipment that carry your company’s name into the community every day. Midnight Detailing builds the care plan around how they are actually used.

Small and midsize fleets welcome

Professional care for vehicles that work—and represent the business.

Work vehicles contend with high mileage, employee use, jobsite contamination, road film and New England weather. They are also among the most visible representations of the company behind them.

Midnight Detailing provides condition-led fleet detailing, maintenance and protection for local businesses that need consistent standards without forcing every vehicle into the same schedule or service package.

Work trucks and commercial pickupsFor contractors, trades, landscape companies, property services and other working fleets.
Service vans and company vehiclesInterior and exterior care for vehicles seen by customers and used by employees every day.
Qualifying heavy equipmentIndividual evaluation for machinery, transport equipment and commercial assets with demanding exposure.

Fleet detailing, maintenance and protection

The right work depends on what each vehicle is expected to endure.

A sales vehicle, a service van and a jobsite truck should not automatically receive the same treatment. Services can be combined into a practical plan based on condition, exposure and operational priorities.

01

Interior & exterior detailing

Condition-specific cleaning for work trucks, commercial vans and company vehicles, including employee-use areas and customer-facing presentation.

02

Recurring fleet maintenance

Planned service intervals that help control buildup, protect prior work and reduce the need for repeated restorative detailing.

03

Vehicle undercoating

Underbody protection for work vehicles exposed to New England road salt, moisture and year-round operating conditions.

04

Ceramic coating

Professional coating after appropriate preparation to enhance gloss, improve cleanability and help resist environmental contamination.

05

Paint correction & PPF

Measured paint refinement and customized paint protection film options for business vehicles where finish quality and impact protection matter.

06

Heavy-equipment detailing

Condition-led cleaning for qualifying machinery and commercial equipment, evaluated according to contamination, access and working conditions.

Real fleet relationships

Built on work that earns the next appointment.

A workable plan, not unnecessary downtime

Fleet care should fit the operation it supports.

Midnight begins with the vehicles, their condition and the realities of the business. The goal is to identify where professional care will create the most value, then schedule that work without taking the entire fleet out of service at once.

Fleet detailing questions

Start with the operation. We’ll help define the work.

How many vehicles are needed to qualify as a fleet?

A fleet does not need to contain dozens of vehicles. Midnight Detailing is especially well suited to small and midsize local businesses operating multiple work trucks, service vans, company vehicles or mixed commercial assets.

Does Midnight provide mobile fleet detailing?

On-site detailing is available for qualifying fleets, work trucks, commercial vehicles and heavy equipment. Availability depends on fleet size, project scope, location, access, utilities, site conditions and the work being requested. Standard individual detailing remains appointment-based at the Newton shop.

What fleet services can be combined?

Depending on need, a plan may include interior and exterior detailing, scheduled appearance maintenance, undercoating, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film and qualifying heavy-equipment detailing.

How is fleet detailing priced?

Fleet work is quoted according to vehicle or equipment type, quantity, condition, contamination, location, access, requested services, service frequency and available downtime. The scope is developed after Jessica learns how the vehicles are used and what the business needs to accomplish.

Can the vehicles be scheduled in rotation?

Yes. When the scope allows it, vehicles can be scheduled individually or in manageable groups so the business is not forced to take the entire fleet out of service at the same time.
